As part of our commitment to providing tailored luxury experiences, our team will visit your property to assess the scope of work and prepare an accurate cost estimation for restructuring the rooms based on multiple factors area of room, location, accessibility, ducting, insulation, wall structure, water supply, fungus, sound proofing, lighting, flooring temperature control and implementation time e.g. labour, transport cost etc. Should you be constructing a new property, the process will be initiated from the ground up, resulting in a lower overall cost for development.
Based on the level of investment, we propose offering a 5-7 year booking contract with a 60% profit share for the property owner and 40% for Naughtify with a 100% investment. This structure ensures both parties benefit from the growing demand for exclusive luxury offerings.
In case the property owner is not finding this restructuring profitable, there is possibility to exit the contract after a period of 2 years with a three-month notice at no additional cost. The room can be rebuild to a similar structure as it was before the restructuring. However in such circumstances the owner will not be allowed to build their own theme-based room. In case he/she would like to go for a change in the theme, we can mutually agree to provide the changes after or during the period of 2 years with additional investment of both parties, as required.
Upon the completion of the contract, all infrastructure developed under the agreement will be fully owned by the property owner, and Naughtify will exit the partnership. However, the owner retains the option to extend the relationship by entering into a new contract with us. This renewal would allow for property modifications to align with evolving market demands and future challenges.
In case the restructuring/refurbishing is conducted with 100% investment of Naughtify, no booking charges will be levied on the property owner. In other scenarios, the charges will be calculated based on percentage of investment and profit sharing
Naughtify will display your hotel room on its portal and our social media team will promote the room on our media platforms. It will promote your couple rooms and hotel to event organisers to enhance your market presence. A nominal fee of 10% will be charges for each booking made from our portal.
In case property owner is only looking for our consultation, we shall be happy to provided our services to help them in refurbishing or restructuring. In such cases, Investment cost will be managed by the owner himself.
